LifeCity Church//Canberra is a young church, only kicking off in July 07, launching in the Canberra Southern Cross Club in Woden. It seems only moments ago but it has already been amazing journey. We now have three congregations, //City (in Acton), //ThePoint* (in Civic at 'Theloft') and //South in Kambah, Tuggeranong. In 2012 we also plan to launch //North in Belconnen/Gungahlin, it is our heart that LifeCity be a church that is continually pushing forward into what God has for us, releasing people into their God given calls.
Our Lead Pastors Josh and Ange Reading came to Canberra with a heart and call to see ‘a dynamic City Church with Global Reach' emerge in Canberra.
We imagine a day when hundreds of churches around the world can link their spiritual heritage to a church called 'Life City Church' in Canberra - a church that wanted nothing more than to reach beyond itself and bless a world in need of a Saviour.
Just as on that first Sunday we believe that a dream can pull you into the future, and we believe that this dream is birthed from the heart of God and we invite you to join us in seeing God's dream fulfilled.
